Our design reconfigures and extends this classic home, Our proposal reconfigures and extends this Victorian semi-detached home, transforming it into a modern family dwelling.
A new single-story side infill extension at the ground floor creates a spacious open-plan living area, featuring large glazed openings and a roof section designed to flood the space with natural light.A sunken courtyard with external stairs connects the garden to the new lower level, bringing in daylight and enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow. A large guillotine window links both floors, creating a visual and spatial connection.
